If you intend to scan the NHS Track & Trace on your visit, there will be no need to fill our form, but please make sure you have the app set up prior to your visit.

Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update & Client Guidance

​

First and foremost, I hope you have all been keeping well during these difficult times which has changed the world as we know it.

​

I have missed you all tremendously, especially the social side and I am very excited that the time is getting closer when the government will finally allow me to open.

​

During my time off, I have been working hard to ensure that the salon is equipped within the government guidelines to ensure your health and safety.

​

I have also taken the opportunity to complete a ‘Prevent Covid-19’ health and safety course as well as a refresher course on salon hygiene.

​

As such, I have drafted up a procedure which must be followed.

​

• Clients must book in advance.

• Clients are required to wear a mask.

• The day before your appointment you will receive a text message containing a link to a Covid-19 health questionnaire which must be completed according to the government guidelines. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in the appointment being cancelled. Your details will be kept confidential and destroyed after 21 days.

• Please arrive no earlier than your allocated time to avoid running into the next client and also to allow the salon to be sanitised.

• Please come to your appointment alone unless it’s absolutely necessary.

• Prior to starting your treatment, please sanitise your hands with our automatic dispenser.

• I will be wearing full PPE including a perspex screen to protect us both.

• After each appointment, the salon will be cleaned and sanitised.

• Both card and cash payments will be accepted - but if you can, please use a card.

• Opening hours will be extended to six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

• If you feel ill or display symptoms, please contact me and we will rearrange.
