There are currently roadworks on Anlaby High Road which means access to Plantation Drive is via Anlaby Park Road North. Please allow a little extra travel time.

We are legally required by law to obtain the answers to these questions before we can allow you to attend your appointment.

Please note, that this form must be filled on the day of your appointment and that all fields must be filled in and every box ticked in order to attend.

If you intend to scan the NHS Track & Trace on your visit, there is no need to fill this form out, but please make sure you have the app set up prior to your visit.

  • Clients must book in advance.

  • Clients are required to wear a mask.

  • The day before your appointment you will receive a text message containing a link to a Covid-19 health questionnaire which must be completed according to the government guidelines. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in the appointment being cancelled. Your details will be kept confidential and destroyed after 21 days.

  • Please arrive no earlier than your allocated time to avoid running into the next client and also to allow the salon to be sanitised.

  • Please come to your appointment alone unless it’s absolutely necessary.

  • Prior to starting your treatment, please sanitise your hands with our automatic dispenser.

  • I will be wearing full PPE including a perspex screen to protect us both.

  • After each appointment, the salon will be cleaned and sanitised.

  • Both card and cash payments will be accepted - but if you can, please use a card.

  • Opening hours will be extended to six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

  • If you feel ill or display symptoms, please contact me to rearrange your appointment.
